Connect FlowAlp Pay with business software: Bexio accounting, Zapier and Make automations, Planyo bookings, fundraising tools and more.
Beyond shops and CMS, FlowAlp Pay connects to the business tools you run your company with: accounting, workflow automation, booking systems and fundraising software.
Tool categories
| Category | Examples | What the connection does |
|---|---|---|
| Accounting & ERP | Bexio, SelectLine | Match payments with invoices and keep the books in sync |
| Automation platforms | Zapier, Make | Trigger workflows from payment events and reach hundreds of downstream apps |
| Booking & reservations | Planyo, QuinBook, reservation systems such as Hürlimann Informatik | Collect the payment at the moment a booking is made |
| Fundraising & forms | Cura Fundraising, aforms, GUVOTO | Donation campaigns and form-based payment collection |
| Sector tools | Tocco, deinlokal (maaxx) | Industry-specific payment flows |
The authoritative, current list of connectors lives in your dashboard at https://pay.flowalp.com under API & Plugins.
Typical use cases
- Reconcile incoming payments with open invoices in your accounting software
- Automate follow-ups after a successful payment: confirmations, CRM updates, fulfilment tasks
- Charge customers inside booking and reservation flows
- Run donation campaigns with payment forms and QR codes
Connection pattern
- Prefer the official connector when one exists: connect it with your instance name and API key.
- No connector? Point a FlowAlp Pay webhook at the inbound webhook trigger of Zapier or Make and let the platform react to the events.
- Invoices and e-mails: attach pay links or QR codes — no integration required at all.
- Full control: build directly against the Merchant API.
Security
- Never paste the API secret into shared or public workflow definitions; use the tool's credential or secret storage.
- Grant automations only the access they need.
- Test the whole chain in TEST mode before switching to live payments — see testing.
- Verify webhook signatures wherever your automation platform allows custom code.
