Create your FlowAlp Pay account

July 30, 2026

Sign up for FlowAlp Pay, get your tenant URL, complete account verification (KYC), and take your first steps in the merchant dashboard.

Before you can accept payments with FlowAlp Pay you need three things: a merchant account, a verified business profile, and at least one activated payment method. This guide walks you from sign-up to your first steps in the dashboard.

  1. Go to pay.flowalp.com and start the registration.
  2. Enter your business and contact details.
  3. Choose your tenant name (also called the instance). It becomes part of your personal URLs, so pick a short name that matches your business — see Instance name.

After registration your account is reachable at your own tenant URL, which you use both to sign in to the dashboard and to serve your hosted payment pages:

Your tenant URLtext
Tenant name: demo-shop
Tenant URL: https://demo-shop.pay.flowalp.com
General form: https://<instance>.pay.flowalp.com

Account verification (KYC)

To activate live payments, your account must be verified. This is a regulatory requirement for payment services (know your customer, KYC). Verification typically covers:

  • Legal information about your business (name, legal form, registered address).
  • Identity of the account holder and, where applicable, beneficial owners.
  • The bank account that will receive your payouts.

The exact verification steps, required documents, and processing times depend on the review of your account. Follow the instructions shown in your dashboard and submit requested documents promptly — live payments stay disabled until verification is complete.

While verification is running you can already explore the platform and simulate payments in test mode — see Testing for developers.

First steps in the dashboard

  1. Complete your company profile under the general settings.
  2. Activate payment methods such as TWINT, cards, and wallets.
  3. If you plan to integrate a shop or the API, create API credentials.
  4. Make a test payment to see the full flow end to end (Test cards and scenarios).
  5. Pick your integration path with Choose an integration.

Account created and verified? Continue with Activate payment methods so your customers have something to pay with.
